Blessed trip in FL

Those of you who went to the Long Piao Piao Special event at VOH a few weeks ago might know what I'm talking about. For those that haven't gone... well, in a nutshell, she said that when she prayed for God to upgrade her flight to first class, she will, most of the time, end up with such an upgrade. It's a sign that God is giving her some favors.

Something similar happened to my flight inbound from LA to Orlando, FL.... I didn't ask for it, but God gave me an upgrade to first class on my flight from Ontario to Salt Lake City... it was a transfer flight. Originally, I was going to take off from John Wayne's in Santa Ana as it was the only feasible available flight in such short notice. Just as I was on my way to John Wayne yesterday, I got a call from the airline that my flight has some issues and gave me a number to call back.

I called, and sure enough, my flight was cancelled.

And the next available flight was the day after to Orlando. Just when I was thinking, God, how can this happen to me? The airline representative found flights out of Ontario that will take me to my original point of transfer at Salt Lake City at almost the exact original time frame.

For a little bit of a background, I didn't really want to take off from John Wayne's by choice and I felt uneasy that I was gonng go through an airport further away and less familiar. So the news of me taking off from Ontario was a pleasantly welcomed one.

So I turned the car around and had more than enough time to get to Ontario to make the flight. When I arrived, I had a parking spot that was "perfect." It was very close to the shuttle drop off point, only 2 cars away. And I got to picking up my tickets only to find out my seat was 1A. At which, I thought, "that must be a mistake."

Next, I found myself having priority boarding and... ended up in first class on the Delta airline plane. What the airline rep didn't tell me over the phone was that the only available seat left was for first class. So it became and automatic upgrade.

This is a welcome start....

The flight to Orlando landed early by about 10 minutes and the first day with the customer also gained favorable feedbacks.
