Coming back to it
With my time and my thoughts increasingly committed to the changes in the past 5 months (Jadee was born!) as well as the mounting combination of distractions as both my car and Lynn's car suffered damages or vandals, this blog has been left untouched and almost ignored. I wonder who still reads this as even I don't come back to it.
However, as the dust settles, and I have spare 5 or 10 minutes between tasks, I had the chance to look back on what I wrote in the past 3 years on this blog. Surely a lot has changed since. I spend more time on facebook than on blogster. But I still like the room and sense of calm as it's more private that blogster provides.
This morning, I was reading Psalm 90 during our daily morning prayer meeting at work.
v 12 "Teach us to number our days aright, that we may gain a heart of wisdom."
Looking back on my past entries, they make me feel that time had stood still as these things seemed to happen just yesterday. So what happened to my recent activities?
Now is a good time to revisit the idea of making everyday count...
