As they pass through the Valley of Baca, they make it a place of springs; the autumn rains also cover it with pools. They go from strength to strength, till each appears before God in Zion.

The Fuller Cup Basketball Semi-finals

It's Basketball time at VOH!!!

Our Daniel Fellowship was rated no. 2 in the league for the fuller cup, so we go up against no. 3 in the semi-finals today. With the winner going into the finals for the VOH Fuller Cup.

Well, we were eliminated on the first round. But we played with a lot of heart. Our age and stamina was probably limiting our game. Since we did well in the first 10 minutes... man, I guess we have to admit to our age. While the really older people (like me) didn't play, I'm sure the outcome wouldn't come out any better. Good job, guys! We're no Kobe, but the Spirit of the Lakers is still in our heart!
Here's Alvin putting on his magical socks at the warm up stretch.

Mike is the VOH Fuller Cup commissioner, and also the score to beat (at least for girls) on the free throw contest at the interim of semi and finals.

Ivy from the Mandarin College group for free throw contest.
Jessica from the Mandarin College group for the free throw contest.
And Karen from the Mandarin College group for the free throw contest. Seemed that they all beaten Mike's score. Good job girls! Mike had to score low so others can have some fun... thank you, Mike... hahaha.
