Hollywood Bowl: Fantasia

Tonight we went to the Hollywood Bowl with YAF. Spetacular fireworks display in synch with the orchestra. Btw, the date on the video showed 8-09-06... well, I made a mistake. It was recorded on 08-19-06.



It was about 15 years ago when I first went to the Bowl... and I remembered that traffic was disastrous after the event. So this time, we parked the car at one of the free lots and paid the fare for the shuttle.

For those of you who don't know... the shuttle buses get to leave first after the event. So by the time we got half way back home, our other friends were just getting on the freeway (hehe).

Anyways, it's great music and great crowd of 20,000 people... imagine the traffic jam out of Hollywood... yikes!
