B-52 with a Mission

AKA, Flaming B-52. The fire actually makes it sweeter as it charred some of the sugar within Triple Sec and Irish Cream. Tastes almost like egg tart... hehehe.

1/2 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
1/2 oz Cointreau

Then light the fire on the top of Cointreau, and take the shoot! I love sweet EGG TART!!! Yumi...

So you use Cointreau... I see... let me ask you then... did it take a while for the fire to lit? Since Cointreau is only 80 proof, it might be harder to light it up on fire.
