As they pass through the Valley of Baca, they make it a place of springs; the autumn rains also cover it with pools. They go from strength to strength, till each appears before God in Zion.

Rainy day

Does this pic look like the skies of Taiwan? I've been living in sunny CA for almost 20 years and bizzare enough... I like rainy days.

The sound of rain drops hitting against the window in my room has an unwitting calming effect on me. I don't know why.

When I reflect back from my memory... I used to hate eating mushroom, dumplings, and hate the rain. Now I love all of them. All three became rare occurances after I came to the States. Does it feel like that this is a scenario of "I only realize how much I miss them when they're not around?"

I guess there are many things in life that we unintentionally take for granted simply because they were "always" there.
