As they pass through the Valley of Baca, they make it a place of springs; the autumn rains also cover it with pools. They go from strength to strength, till each appears before God in Zion.

Shabu Shabu in Little Tokyo

We (Angie, Joyce, Kevin, George, Glenn, Ben, and me) went to Little Tokyo for Shabu Shabu for dinner after the Family Keepers reunion. I've been craving this for about two weeks since I discovered the wonderful texture for cooking the meat rare. I think most people in Southern CA have tried this restaurant before and have learned to accept the usual 1 to 2 hour wait to be seated. I think the entire Japanese Village in J-Town depends on this resturant quite a bit... since all the people, while waiting to be seated, will go around different shops to kill time.
